Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

Land of Dreams may offer selected products through a split-payment or deposit purchase option. By choosing this option, you agree to the following terms.

1. Reservation Deposit

The initial payment shown at checkout is a reservation deposit. It confirms your order and reserves a product from the available production allocation.

Once the deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable, except where:

Land of Dreams cancels the order or is unable to fulfil it;
the product becomes unavailable;
a refund is required under applicable consumer law; or
Land of Dreams agrees otherwise in writing.

The deposit may be used toward production planning, materials, administration, payment-processing costs, and reserving inventory for your order.

2. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance will be charged on the date displayed at checkout or communicated in your order confirmation.

You may cancel the unpaid remaining balance at any time before it is charged. After cancellation:

No further payment will be collected.
Your order will be cancelled.
Your reserved product will not be shipped.
The previously paid deposit will not be refunded, subject to applicable consumer law.

3. Cancelling Before the Final Payment

To cancel the remaining payment, contact Land of Dreams at [customer service email] before the scheduled payment date.

Please include:

Your full name;
your order number; and
a clear request to cancel the remaining payment and order.

Cancellation requests must be received before the final payment is processed. We recommend submitting the request at least three business days before the scheduled charge date.

4. After the Remaining Balance Has Been Charged

Once the remaining balance has been successfully charged, the order will be considered fully paid.

Cancellation or refund requests made after this point will be handled according to the Land of Dreams Return and Defective Product Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Where we agree to cancel a fully paid order before it has been shipped, we may refund the remaining balance while retaining the original reservation deposit, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If the remaining payment is declined or cannot be collected, we may contact you and provide an opportunity to update your payment method.

If payment is not completed within the period communicated to you, Land of Dreams may cancel the order. The reservation deposit will remain non-refundable, subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Cancellation by Land of Dreams

If Land of Dreams cancels your order or is unable to supply the product, all payments collected for that order, including the reservation deposit, will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer-protection rights available under the laws of your country or region.

Where applicable consumer law conflicts with this policy, the applicable consumer law will take priority.
